I'm glad for the rain, though.
It was! People were really crazy trying to run all the lights. We almost couldn't get into our house because it's in a apartment type thing where you have to use this electronic key thing.
D: He killed himself?! Poor fishiiee. ._. I wonder how he managed that, though? :c

Pretty funnnn. We got a real tree this year, and now we're having trouble trying to find out where to take it to get thrown away. He's out by our door, and we keep getting poked by his pine needles. >_>
But I have fake hair in now. Well real hair, just not mine. So it makes the rain not as much fun.
It surprises me that you didn't see any one trying to steal stuff. That's the first thing I thought of when you said the power went off when you were in the store.
Ugh that sucks about your apartment. It seems silly when they have those things. I mean whats going to happen when a storm hits? -knocks on wood-
When he didn't get enough attention he would start to bury himself under the rocks at the bottom of his vase. And then I was gone for the weekend and when I came back he wasn't there. So I thought that he died and my mom flushed him. So when I was cleaning out the vase, and some of the rocks moved, his bent in half body floated up O.o
Lol Our tree is still in our living room. I think the parents are to lazy to take it down. Plus we were really late putting it up, so maybe their trying to keep it up because we haven't had it that long.

Well, when we there, one of the employees was stationed at the front of the store and made us single file and checked for any items on us. Although.. honestly, they didn't check that hard. I thought the search might be a little more thorough, but I guess not.
It did! But luckily when we got there, the door was opened up because of the outage.
D: Agh that's terrible. If that had happened to my fish I wouldn't know what I would have done. x__x
But it seems weird that he died after only a weekend, I heard they're supposed to be real fighters when it comes to survival.
It is? XD It's January now though! We finally got rid of ours though. It was a long process, considering the dump off for the trees takes literally and hour and a half. When we finally got through the line, we saw some guy fell asleep in his car while waiting in the line, hahaha.
Hmm. I bet some people probally got away with stealing something then. I know some people who would love to be in that store at that time ><
I was sooo sad about it. I cried alot. My friend got annoyed at me since she thought that a fish wasn't all that important. Well it was mutated....
I know right? But in my opinion I think that most houses could use a Christmas Tree all year round.
Lol I wish I could have seen him fall asleep.

Yeah, I think some people could have stolen something from the way they were checking. Although, if they did get caught, it'd be horrible for them. D8
The outage lasted a long time too, it came back at like.. 8-10 AM from going out at 9 PM.
Awwwwh. ;__; But.. I know if my fish had died like that, I would have cried a lot too. :C I guess your friend didn't know because she's never had a connection with a fish? (That sounds a little cheesy, but still. xD
Haha! That's what I told my mom before she began snipping off the branches with a scissor. (In the end, the tree ate the scissors.)
It was pretty funny. xDD I don't know when people would have started to notice, when we left there was already 3-4 car spaces.
